Villa Keana, also known as BRV KEA is a 2-bedroom villa set on the green hills surrounding Florence, and is an intimate beautiful attached residence located on the ground floor of a 15th century Tuscan villa.

Villa Keana has been tastefully renovated with the latest modern conveniences to provide a unique stay. It has an independent entrance and private garden, so guests are autonomous from the rest of the grounds. The property is located only 8 kilometers from the city of Florence, and enjoys the soothing atmosphere of the countryside, genuine hospitality, and the right touch of luxury.

The bright air-conditioned living room features a plush sitting area with a large-screen TV and a dining table that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The double-height beamed ceiling and cotto floors add interest to the polished interiors, curated to the last details. The adjacent contemporary galley kitchen has easy access to the front terrace, very convenient for enjoying meals al fresco.

The furnished patio boasts an outdoor kitchen, complete with an electric BBQ, and a dining table with chairs. Also here is a covered pergola with a comfortable seating area, much needed on a hot day. This area faces the private manicured garden, the sundeck with lounge chairs, and the inviting Jacuzzi which is at guests’ disposal for ultimate relaxation. There is also an outdoor shower.

Maybe for its great value for the money, for its vicinity to Florence, or for its elegant yet laid-back décor, the charm of Keana is undeniable. This property is very well connected to the city of Florence by the Tramvia, Florence’s tramway system. After making the 10-minute drive from the villa to the Tramvia station, leave your car in the parking lot and hop on the tram. In less than 30 minutes, you will be smack in the middle of Florence’s historical center. Perfect for small families, or for two couples, this property has something special to offer.

    The Italy trip was fantastic. The villa was something out of a dream and just gorgeous. We had more room than we could ever use. The bedrooms were all as advertised and the bathrooms all different but each had essentials and worked flawlessly. The best thing was the housekeeper who we hired to cook for us and were rewarded with each meal being better than the last. She is a gifted chef. She shared stories and kept us smiling. We even changed some trip plans to just enjoy the villa. Some of us went swimming in the pool! It was like the first swim of the summer. Thank you for the recommendation
